The time stamp on my outlook express messages is 16 hours off my computer clock time. Anyone got any idea how I can get it right?

Depending on where the time stamp is (e.g. in the email) it will reference the time on the sender's computer.

Perhaps their computer time is off?

That's very odd. I don't know what to tell you and my research was fruitless.
