@achu,
I don't see any grammatical errors Acu though "name" is unnecessary if not a little confusing; maybe "players" too since we can assume the message is intended only for potential players. Thus

Below confirmed for Saturday...

In the 2d sentence, the trend is away from the period after an abbreviation while "confirmation" seems redundant. So

...but if you were somehow missed,…

Also I'm wondering, and yes it's a wild technicality, but isn't everyone already aware of the requirement for two teams
