2004 GRAND CHEROKEE BRAKE AND STEERING PROBLEMS

I AM LOOKING FOR ANYONE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH BRAKE ROTORS ON 2004 GRAND CHEROKEES, I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM ON MY 2001 AND THERE WAS A RECALL ON THEM. BUT JEEP SAYS THAT PROBLEM HAS BEEN FIXED. I WANT TO CHALLANGE THEM. ALSO, STEERING COLUMN PROBLEMS.
