Some will attack me, and others will thank me for making this thread. Smallville has been met with anger, and joy, I evidently enjoy the show. After a few weeks break its back. Does anyone else watch the show?

Hey, Locke 15. Saw one episode, and that was because I taped it for a young friend. Welcome to A2K. A lot of folks like Smallsville, though.
Thank you, I was surprised I didn't find a smallville topic though. I'm 'acquiring' the latest episode. I've enjoyed it so far, it keeps getting better.
I like Smallville. What's not to like?
I do have one issue with the WB though. While they broadcast this show in true HD, you often see many motion artifacts in the picture. I'm not sure if this is a signal strength issue or just crappy signal processing equipment.
My eldest LOVES it! I'm not allowed to call him on the phone when the show airs,
ever!
I haven't watched it myself, but I've heard nothing but good things about it. If the anger you are talking about is related to true Superman geeks, well, tell them to move out of mom's basement already and get a life.
It's far and away the best Superman show yet. I don't watch it that often, but that's because shows like this are essentially static and it's not necessary to see all to follow.
Hahaha wow I never knew sommeone enjoyed it that much Suzy.
Sometimes it isn't static though ed as of late they have been developing a sound plot, if you ever get lost feel free to pm me, or just search google one too many smallville sites exist.
Oh yeah, he loves it! He's 25. he finds it pretty cool.

To my knowledge, WB isn't broadcasting anything yet in true HD. It's likely being processed (it's not wide screen in this area) which would leave artifacts, especially in dark or foggy scenes.
I like the series when I've gotten a chance to catch an episode but it does seem to be aimed at a teenage audience, much like The OC.
I think the target isn't as linear, and evident as other series. Characters such as Lex, and Lionel will interest older audiences. Whereas characters such as Pete are targeted towards younger viewers.
They try somewhat for universality but don't always succeed. I'm just waiting for the Superboy costume to emerge. Have missed a lot of the new season.
I dont like smallville, it is crazy------

I don't like you -_- (j/k)
Well, that's a revealing critique. In the U.S. "crazy" can mean it's great.
You can't blame him his english isn't very good.....
I'm sure he went to the very best of schools.
