Why does Red Bull burn if you drink it warm? Any scientists?

Red Bull chilled is fine, I love it. If you leave it sitting out for awhile and drink it, it's like acid in your mouth. Why is this? Amino acids breaking down? Something weird about taurine? The ingreedients are on redbull.com
