Silver plate artwork?

I work in a thrift store and always have an eye out for interesting things to flip or add to my personal collection of odd, miscellaneous items. Recently, we had two small, framed pieces come in that caught my eye. Both pieces are roughly about the size of a sticky note and done in silver (stamped 925) plate. One depicts a woman in a hat hanging clothes on a line and the other is of sailboats at sea.

On the glass of the frames, there is still the original sticker in Italian. It reads: Lavorazioe su lastra Argento 925 0/00 Ferdy Line Dipinto a Mano. Now, I have done some of my own research (as much as I can) but most of what I find is in Italian. Considering that I don't speak Italian, the most I have been able to decipher is that argento translate into silver and that these are hand painted pieces. I have found similar examples online (again, listed in Italy and in Italian of course) but I haven't been able to find any others that look like these two do or any information about where exactly they came from and who made them. I can find nothing about the "Ferdy Line" that it speaks of.

Either way, I intend to buy one of them just because I really like it. However, I would love to know more about these pieces and whether or not the one that I am not absolutely in love with would be a worth while investment to try and resell. The similar pieces that I've found seem to range anywhere between $12 and $150 depending on the particular scene. (This I translated from euros to dollars.)
