Landscape Quilt #2 litho by Barnes?

Hoping to identify the artist of this litho (?). I can see that it is title "Landscape Quilt #2" however I am unsure if the artist signature and an abbreviation in the bottom left corner (M/P?) Measures 33 1/2" x 27 1/2" x 1 1/2" including the frame.
