Guess what is the most nutritionally dense fruit in the world? I'll give a hint just to get things started.....LOTR director Peter Jackson is probably quite familiar with it. Whoever gets the answer first should post a new food trivia question.

Now I've gotta click and find out what loose meat really is. I wonder if it's related to the pulled pork they're always carrying on about at Cooks Talk. Sounds perverse to me.

ahhh, so it's sort of like scrambled eggs vs an omelette (but using ground beef)

I'm not a fan, but they are quite popular in central Iowa. Have you ever had a grinder? It's a similar loose meat sandwich but with italian sausage instead of ground beef. Yum. Makes me wish I ate pork again.
