Abstract Landscape Painting Signed

Hello,

I posted this piece on a couple forums.

Someone suggest it may be A. Arai (Which someone has also suggested, it may be the Japanese Painter, who paints French Towns) However none of his work seems to be signed, so I have nothing to compare it to.

I paid a decent amount for this at an Estate Auction and any help would be greatly appreciated!
