I'm probably going to be more of a lurker than a poster, so keep an eye out for my always inciteful if highly erratic posting.

I have a passing interest in history and society. Religion and philosophy with an emphasis on the latter are also areas of slight expertise. rounding out the field are art, theater, and not surprisingly given my handle, cooking.
Hopefully i'll be able to contribute to this growing community.
