@wonder91,
Two possibilities...blood sugar levels, and electrolytes.

@wonder91,
Probably because they are aware of your history and the root cause of most of your ailments.

Hope you're feeling better.

@wonder91,
Because either one, or many other possibilities having to do with whether you ate or not can effect your mental or emotional state.

@wonder91,
I'll go out on a limb here and suggest that the person who asked the question had no idea that you wanted to die or were freaking out.

@wonder91,
Then I would guess that they want you to live but feel helpless in how to help you.

@chai2,
I asked an online doc and they said due to hypoglycemia it can cause delusions and confusion

@wonder91,
That is a reasonable answer.

Are you getting real medical help in person? I hope you are getting medical help if you are feeling this way. If you have frequent hypoglycemia, or something similar, it can be treated.

@wonder91,
I posted my view long ago, and added an article, that I think you need to be hospitalized.

I still think so.

There is for that.

@wonder91,
I don't know if that would be best for you or not, but the article I linked to earlier in one of your threads (perhaps this one) described advances in treatment for anorexia that involved hospitalization. Anyway, keep up your efforts to get better.
