If the chance of catching the noro virus is 1 in 12 in a 75 year lifetime, is the chance of getting it on a specific day 1/12/(*365*75)? If so, what is the chance that in a group of 375 people, 4 would come down with the virus in one week. Is this some kind of binomial distribution and what is the formula?

I got it on the Appalachian Trail and I know at least 60 other hikers who all got it within a week.
