NORMAL DISTRIBUTION

I HAVE PLOTED NORMAL DISTRIBUTION IN ECXEL BY THE PROBABILITY DENSITY FUNCTION BY ASSUMINF MEAN=10 AND SD 3.593744565.

ISSUES I AM FACING

Sum of All f(x) IS NOT ONE and Area to the left of mean is not .5

Why this value of SD is not equal to the SD which I have assumed in cell O2
How I can verify the Empirical rule from here i.e. 68 -65-99 rule
