Download speeds on a certain computer follow a normal distribution with a mean of 1.25 Mb/s with a standard deviation of 0.07 Mb/s. Calculate the probability (give the answer to 4 digits after the decimal point) that a random download speed is 1.30 Mb/s or higher

@kenman5555,
Use
http://stattrek.com/online-calculator/normal.aspx

In normal value put in 1.30
In Mean put 1.25
In Standard Deviation put 0.07
Hit Calculate

The Calculated value is the probability that the random downloaded speed is less than 1.30 Mb--as your asking for a speed greater than 1.30Mb the answer is 1-the Calculated value.
