Whai is this alien movie??????

i watched that movie in 2002 on ACTION TV in india. it later got banned it's hot movie . what happens in the movie is that these aliens in form of hot chicks lure men by showing their big boobs , while the other girls quickly get the tenticles helmet and place it on that man's head and he comes a piece of meat.and it seemed like a 70-80's movie and not a 90's for sure and not even a 2000 decade one.
