Kaplan Meier and log-rank test (statistics)

Hi all,

I am doing cognitive testing and the subjects have 20 possible trials to reach criterion (90% accuracy). In my spreadsheet, I have it laid out as Column1:trials to reach criterion, Column2: status(whether or not they reached criterion). Is it appropriate to use the log-rank test to analyze the data in this manner
