Correlation method for segmentation attributes used in dating sites

What statistical equation should I use to correlate two sets of segmentation data per the attached example. This would be similar to a dating site, where I have two people looking at one another’s profiles. Factoring in the following:
1. In some cases a variable might be non-existent as in the case of “Interests” as that field might not been completed by the user.
2. Also, many of the attributes are weighted differently by the opposite party i.e. Person A weights the importance of Person B’s and vice versa.
