How to get fast streaming youtube videos with 2G?

I am using an android phone and the net speed given in 2G is 9kb/s. How can I get fast streaming in this speed. I don't want high quality 3gp would work for me but that also buffers in b/w.

Well don't i think so that you will get fast streaming in this speed.but if the link network utilization is good then have possibility.
