Creppy Wizard of Oz cartoon

Okay...this board seems to be really good at tracking down obscure crap.
I vaguely remeber a Wizard of Oz cartoon, from the early nineties, I think....for some reason I think there was a pie involved, and an evil turkey. I kinda remember the scene at the end where the hot air balloon is getting away...maybe the turkey or the pie had something to do with it. I remember it freaked me out. Any one have ANY idea what Im talking about???
