Every day when I come home from school, my puppy runs up to me. His tail wags and he starts jumping up and down for attention. Also, his penis comes out. Why? I don't touch his penis, so I don't understand how it can get aroused.

Well lets put it this way guys get aroused by thoughts? Mabye it goes like that but I am not for sure? Mabye it's just a normal function for a dog?
