Some sciences look into evidence of the effects of mythical characters on humans both individually and collectively.

@farmerman,
Sociology, anthropology, psychology, military strategy, economics, architecture etc etc.

It is a myth perped by the priesthood of advertising that we get TV for free when in fact they are levying a hidden tax on every item we buy and are telling lies with every ad they make.

The technology exists for us to pay directly for every broadcast we wish to watch. Big fights are about £15 here.

You're just fighting a turf war. The logic of your argument is that many university departments should be abolished. As well as all state ceremonial for which a vast range of priesthoods exist.

What's the difference between disposing of the corpse of a hobo and that of a president or a fallen warrior. It is certainly not scientific unless you allow for the sciences of human behaviour.

Why is it posher to lay out a Thanksgiving dinner table than to eat a meat and potato pie walking down the street. They are both methods of chomping through the nutrient bed from a scientific point of view. The latter being much more efficient although I will admit that if you are habituated to just chomping the former and leaving the efficiency to the menials you might not appreciate the difference.

A modern go-getting trend setter would buy Thansgiving meat and potato pies and have no time for all that bullshit with doilies and napkins with lingerie style edgings and ******* wives.

Have you no experience of scientists during their leisure time which most of them have a great deal of? I have. A great deal. Too much for my own good.

One might measure scientific integrity by amounts of leisure time. True scientists don't do leisure time. Some of them have made efforts to reduce sleeping hours. Soylent is a drinkable nutrient composite which is promoted specifically to reduce chomping time for those dedicated to their work.

So there's your Thanksgiving dinner done to perfection you silly moocow. It's a quaint religious ceremonial which is fortunately depravity neutral. Up to a point I mean. Not looking into it too deeply. I reserve that for my own amusement.

A pointless blurt in the authentic lingo of the tribe of incurable bigots.

For those a little slow on the uptake, it means fm has no answer to the points raised which he had been moved to reply to.

FM, don't distort the issue. The question was neither about hunting nor about mythology.
We all know that you have any possible mutations in the pathology, but can you present some 'good' mutation, that has helped the heirs of an individual to acquire some better protection against UV, X-ray and/or Gamma ray for example, or better chances for survival (to be able to breathe more acidified air with greater concentration of dust particles without getting ill) - for this is exactly what your mumbo jumbo theory is claiming: the newly appeared genetic mutations improve the species, and even help it to jump over to a different species? How does that happen, FM ... and where do you see here hunting and mythology?

But, H, the human race has not been exposed to increased levels of radiations and pollutions for long enough for evolutionary processes to be accommodated. It might be able adjust itself in the long run if increasing levels become normal. The normal level now is not healthy for some people.

I experienced a four day dust storm a long time ago. About six feet of vision. And they were a regular occurrence in the country I was in.

"diabolical?" It must first make some sense before you can provide adjectives for it. Mr. Green

@cicerone imposter,
It stumped fm.

Can't you imagine fm going through the rituals of the master slicing the turkey breast after the poor little thing has been placed in front of him by a succession of menials going all the way back to a turkey hatchery.

For those who think the egg comes before the chicken,, (CLUCK CLUCK!), all the way back to a fertilisation. And beyond, as I explained yesterday.

As long a succession of menials as a Roman noble would have been proud of.

All culminating in the ritual dedicated to the greater glory of the Master of the House.

The fact that turkey is one of the favorite holiday meals in the US only proves how backwards the Brits have become! LOL
Think Pilgrims.
