canned light conversion

I have a question regarding two light lights in my house and need some help.

The can is currently only able to only have "plt26/e/30" lights to plug in.

I would like to not remove this canned lighting due to likely stucco repair after having removed the can. I would like to convert this to a "normal" light where I can install a pendent light or some sort of hanging light.

My question: How can I convert these cans to either a normal screw in bulb or to just having a jbox inside the can so as i would be able to hang just about anything from this can light?
