identify artist

I would like to know if anyone can help me indentify the artist of two antique paintings I have. I bought them at an antique/thrfit shop back in the 1980's. They are matted and framed with glass, and the back has old paper (like a brown paper bag) sealed. So I cant see the artist signature. They look like they were done with a fine pencil or light paint.
