@bratchubskitty,
Are you asking us about this or telling us this as a fact?

@Ragman,
They are more common in women - has something to do with estrogen - funny I just read about anxiety yesterday and how it impacts women.

@bratchubskitty,
OT but as long as we're at it, does anyone experience occasional panic attacks that last only a few seconds, as contrasted with the usual minutes-long

..and if so can guess at cause

@dalehileman,
I get anxiety attacks for a few minutes when getting up in the morning. I try to get control about what I have to do that day, and while I can calm myself down quickly, it still is unsettling.

I suspect this comes from my father, who was a very driven man. His greeting to me was always, "What did you do today?"

@PUNKEY,
Thanks Punk but how long have you had 'em

I had a nervous daddy also--and in fact he eventually committed suicide --but At age 82 my own brief episodes didn't begin until a year or so ago

Wait a minute....I think I read rhis survey, and it was later denounced because the figures were collated during a Jimmy Choo stock shortage.
