Trauma at the face after accident

I still have a quite big hump in the corner of my eye under my Eyebrow connected with my accident 2 months ago.. it feels like a bone dislocated on my wound, i have been told it's normal it gonna take long to heal and the process of healing make the wound Bigger but to be honest it's really annoying
what do you think I could do? ! By the way i ve been undergoing an operation of my nose which where broken on the left side and cheek bone still broken but will heal by itself i ve been told.
but i go back on the subject the nerves are damages under my eyebrow and i don't feel too much..maybe i saw a little improvement but quite little.. i am just wondering about this ''Bump'' ???
