mixed model Anova

My research is on memory of life experiences. I collected 5 recent and 5 remote memories from young and older participants, each and extracted positive and negative points (facts) from their memory narratives. I need to test if the positive points exceed the negative ones for each group. also to check if there is any age differences in these scores for both the recent and remote memories. do i run a mixed model anova here? can i define the positive and negative points as within-subject factor? hope you can advise. thanks.
