You need more than just HTML, the data needs to be stored in either flatfiles or a database.

You will need to use some kind of scripting language (like PHP or ASP).

your best bet would be to use angelfire's poll script, although i dont know if you can use it on other sites.

like craven said, you need more then html.

they have free scripts you can use in your site.
