Can anyone identify the artist?

I have inherited a lead pencil sketch from familiy member. I took it to an art appreachial here in Norway but she could not identify the artitst. I don't believe it is an amature as the lines are very confident and seem to have been done by a adept artist. I've attached two images, one of the sketch and one close-up of the signature.
