Well my baby's dad took my kids right under my parents about a year ago while I was in prison. And when I got out we went to court but I agree for them to live with their dad he has 80% and me 20% but I didn't have a job for 7 months and I still found a way to pick them up all I asked was he meet me half way and he says no not until I give him money. Prior to this I had my children for almost a year and half by myself without his support and now he wants every penny I got. Plus lives with a girl who has 5 kids and its a 2 bedroom apartment for 10 people any can give me advice please let me know I'm struggling with this

You need to go to Legal Aid and get a lawyer. This is not going to be resolved in your favor unless you take this guy to court and sue for visitation rights.

I currently have visitation rights it's about not meeting me half way till I give him money

You still need to see a lawyer. None of this seems to be in writing and you're not getting what you need, right?
Unless the court says you have to give him money, he can't demand it.
Do you have Family court or Friend of the Court that handles all the parenting issues after divorce? TELL THEM what's going on.
He's blackmailing you.

Let me add my name to the list. Get a lawyer. You have legal rights to see your kids. If the father isn't cooperating, you are going to need legal help to get your rights. A lawyer will know what to do.
Yep, see a lawyer. Also, maybe call the CPS about the living arrangements - 10 ppl in a 2 bedroom?
