Who is this artist?

I found a art work that i brought and its the most beautiful work i have ever seen in a very long time. The use of autumn like colours work so well and i need help to find who the artist is??!!! if you guys can help that would be amazing!! The name certainly starts with an 'A' but i can not make out the other parts of the signature. what i get is 'Aanagm. On the back it says 1962-1963 Alan Bouaht or bougnt, Hyde park London. It also has a stamp that says Levin crafts centre, picture frame specialist (but that probably has no relevance. The painting is of a man on a cart riding down the centre of the painting, a tree stands tall above him/her on the right and there is a massive building to the side of him that looks old fashioned and slight faded buildings in background.
