Hi all,
I want to buy something for my brother online but it is quite costly. The website says I can refund it if it is not helpful.I am thinking whether it is safe to buy it. The URL is http://www.iontocentre.com/iontophoresis/Hidrex_GS400_Iontophoresis_Device_-__379.html,please advise and thanks.

@Loh Jane,
Most credit cards have buyer protection, as does PayPal.
If they are asking you to send a check or Western Union, I would be wary.
Sometimes you can get reliable results by doing a web search of the company.

@Loh Jane,
As was stated previously, Paypal has buyer protection as part of its interface. Log on and you'll see what we mean.

@Loh Jane,
Although most purchases by online is safe, it's always a good idea to be cautious. If the seller is private or doesn't accept PayPal, that should be considered unsafe.
