I've had several basal cell skin cancers removed from my face and back, so I know how stressful it can get not knowing if that odd looking spot is normal or something cancerous.
The only way to know is to have it seen by a dermatologist. Show it to your parents and ask them if they think you should see a dermatologist for it. If the dermatologist thinks it looks suspicious, a biopsy will be done and examined for cancerous cells.
More than likely, it is just an everyday common mole and nothing to worry about, but something to keep an eye on.
