Help with picture id

Its definitely a Rockport school subject. Id say its almost a student of Aldro Hibbard or Emille Gruppe. Is it a print or an actual pastel paintng?

This is a print. Anyway to tell how old it is?

Its done in the Rockport style so the heyday of those guys was from the 1930's through the 1970's (Even so, Gruppes son is still painting although not as "painterly" as his father.

Im gonna say its a subject from the 1950's
