If an ATX power supply is plugged into a variac transformer, will the output rails on the ATX vary with the variac input

No it won't. If it is functioning correctly, between the PSU's rated minimum and maximum voltages it will deliver its rated 12 volt and 5 volt rails.

@contrex,
Kinda Figured I switched to the 240v input when plugged into 120v and all the output readings were the same
