In an experiment to investigate the effect of a certain drug, a total of 30 randomly selected subjects were assessed on two simple tasks, in each case with and without the drug. The data in the table below are the times taken to complete the task (in seconds). Investigate whether there is any evidence of an effect of the drug and whether any effect relates to the task.
