Found this at an estate sale for $3. On the back of the mat, "4994F 81A-252W hinged mat 14 5/8 x 20 5/8 Very Valuable" is written. The work is not signed or anything. Any help is vastly appreciated.

Yes, I've seen this very drawing in a Renaissance art book, I think, but I'm sorry I can't identify the draughtsman. Try a Google Images and a short description. See if that doesn't work...
