wooden box with speaker

I was given a piece of hanging art. It is a wooden box with a plug and a speaker inside. In the front of it there is a older mans face with mustach, i nelieve its plastic and underneath there is writing in metal. Not sure if this is correct but the letter are YFPKaru. Possibly Getman. Can anyone help identify this? Thank you
