Is it a spyware?

Recently,I downloaded an antispyware called spyware blaster from cnet.com . I have found out that it doesn't have an uninstall button. What should I do?

Go to the control panel, add/remove programs, locate the software and click the uninstall/remove button.

No, it is not spyware. It is a utility for removing and preventing spyware.
