I think the bible does show a great deal of our history in terms of human behavior, Do you disagree?

You need to clarify the question. " Reliability" implies "factual accuracy" but since "facts" (facere-to make) are agreed human constructions for mutual purposes you need to separate agreement about occurence of events from agreement about understandable behavior specific to events whether or not such events occurred.

I have not read all bibles but I would guess that they all have insight to what people believed at the time and how they thought people should behave.
