Why are you defending such offensive and demeaning workplace conditions for black employees? And the offensive atmosphere existed for other employees who happened to be female, or Jewish, or gay--because those groups were also the target of slurs and derogatory jokes in that workplace--as Deen and her brother have admitted.

Are you that blind to bigotry and prejudice that you really can't recognize it in slurs, and epithets, and derogatory jokes? You see it as some fabrication of the "PC police" rather than as something real, and something that's hurtful and harmful. Or do you simply share Deen's lack of respect, and possible contempt for, some of those groups she enjoys hearing jokes about?

Or other such claims concerning using the customers restrooms that the only one that claiming it is base on race is the woman trying to get millions of dollars?

Seems your so call demeaning workplace conditions are standard policies of restaurants, to keep those employees who work functions does not include servicing the customers directly, from the customers areas.

is there any evidence that any blacks felt demeaned due to their blackness while employeed at a PD restaurant? it seems that a lot of assuming, and thinking and feeling for other people instead of letting them think and feel for themselves, is being done.

as a restaurant owner my responsibility is to meet the needs/wants of my stakeholders...to include my employees, I dont give a damn what what every Tom, Dick and Harry thinks.
