Oil painting identification

Hi I have a large oil painting (89cm width by 62cm hight approx) with i think Hong Kong in the back ground and 4 boats sailing traditional boats could be called duckling. My mum remembers having it for around 35 year. It is signed in the left corner signature says goldstar. Any help identifying who this is or value. I have pictures but dont know how to upload them!! Thanks
