How do I look up which congresspersons voted for and against a given law? I am interested in the 2005 passage of Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act.

Thank you Pedro but I don't think it does. It does give bills before the Congress now and votes by individual congresspersons on recent legislation.

I didn't. I did a Google search on the name of the law you gave and the first choice in the search results was the govtrack link to the specific bill and that page had links to the specific voting data.
