Hi a program called System Check appeared from nowhere and started showing me messages that there is a critical error and that my computer is at great danger. What should I do??

It sounds a lot like malware. Have you run a virus scan lately?

Last night on TV a firm advertised a system check supposedly the very latest thing so what you got might be a sales pitch of sorts. Look over what's presented and see if you can find an offer of some sort
