@farmerman,
If you have to shift a lot of corpses, invest in a decent shovel.

That's my conclusion, and I'm sticking to it.

Welcome back Farmerman!!...

Concerning whether or not Jesus existed or had not?

Of course he had, and he still does...

If he had not...we would not be discussing him 2000+ years later...

Even if he never had, we have made him apart of existence...where it is not possible to now remove Jesus...

And this does not apply to RL's view of F.S.M. unless he can explain how he believes he had made it apart of existence...and not reject he has...

Let us see how convicted he actually is about the F.S.M., unicorns, fairy's, leprechauns, elves, gremlins...etc...

Lets take odds...I have 5-1 he will not...

Cool...that works for me...You do not know the stuff you do not know...because you do not know it...

One of these days I am hopeful we can come to whether or not you do not know the stuff you do not know, because you do not know it, and do not know you think this, are not sure of this or are sure of this...or do not think you know you think this...

But I will be honest that I do have a thought in my mind about it...which could be incorrect...for whatever it is worth...

See ya around Frank...

Thank you!

P.S. We do not have to always engage in these topics...I would love to discuss golf if you are ever interested...

Tiger had one of the shittiest days on a golf course ever last week. I hope he is back for the Open.

Yes mate...Probably his worst, if not, second or third worst performance ever...very bad performance...+4 then +7? or something...I am sure you know though he is having a great year...he has 4 wins already correct?

This week I took Phil, and Boo as my A list guys...I started Boo...(only have to start one)

B list guys, I have...Jimmy Walker, Fredrick Jacobson, (started, 2 in B list) Bench, Peter Hanson, Dustin Johnson...

C list...2 guys, one start...Billy Horschel, (started) Ryan Palmer...

Thanks for bringing it up mate...because I did not remember that it had started...

He will mate...I honestly thought he would win the last major...but no dice...I think he will win this one...he has always done very well here...I will go one further and say if he does not win one this year (major) then unless he plays like this next year again...I do not think he breaks Jack's major record...no chance...he has many more years...and you can play golf a lot longer...but I just do not think he will be able to do it mentally...

The same can be said of any numbers of beings that mankind had come up with such as Zeus,

@reasoning logic,
There is only one true living God...

Now, are you willing to back up what I have asked you? Can you explain how Gods are on equal ground? Can you explain why and how you believe F.S.M., unicorns, fairy's, elves, etc...are on a level ground as a living God?

You know I love you as a brother but I can not see this, Would you kindly provide evidences to this claim or better yet let him show all people that he truly is real?

I sure will if you will ask me again one question at a time.

I do apologize for not being able to answer you any other way.

@BillRM,
Because you believe this correct? I am not going to take the time to try to debunk your personal skepticism...Sorry...that is something you have to figure out on your own...If you can honestly say that you believe or think they are all as likely because you reject that they are...it is a refuted/irrefutable moot point...

If you reject that any of them did exist...because you want to believe that none of them had...but claim you actually reject that you do...while choosing to explain a rejection...Then no one can convince you of your own personal skepticism, if you do not believe it yourself...

But yet not one has the conviction to explain how they believe this is so...but explain it based upon how they reject it is true?? Not worth my time to even debunk...it refutes itself....

LoL...OK...

I will play the D.O. here for some fun...

How could anyone honestly claim that they are on "level ground" (which is subjective, no less) If a person is not honest and willing to explain how they believe this is truthful? Since we are dealing with non-existent things? How can someone honestly purport that they are not trying to make, or have made distinguishable discernment, about 2 or many more things that are said to be "equal" or just as "likely" to exist, which is non-existence? And then turn around and just deny, or reject that they have just done so? Because they claim there is "no proof" to support any? Which means there is no proof to support they would even be equal even in non-existence...Which brings us back to the God situation again, the only one that is different...by what is believed by all...

If one does not believe, or rejects they all exist...Or are just as likely...nothingness...using no proof whatsoever...since they claim there is none...and can make a distinguishable discernment about many different things that have "never existed" then they must be wrong about at least one...

Because it would be impossible for them to do...

How could you prove that just as likely to non-existence = just as likely to non-existence, concerning two totally different concepts altogether...If one does not want to believe they are different, based upon how they make discernment of 2 totally different, just as likely, non- existent notions...and how could you prove they are not just as likely to non-existence...if someone does not want to believe it, or does not want to believe it can be proven?

@XXSpadeMasterXX,
you seriously need to stop throwing this belief/believe stuff out at people

you are the one defending a personal belief system

other people are expressing scepticism, not necessarily any belief

you are the believer

@XXSpadeMasterXX,
you should seriously consider how tied you are to belief

you don't seem to be able to understand that is not about belief for everyone

If one does not believe,
..If one does not want to believe ...if someone does not want to believe it, or does not want to believe it can be proven?

Define "Jesus". Does anyone by the name of "Jesus" born in first-century Israel qualify? Does the person also have to have been a preacher? Been conceived by a virgin? Have arisen from the dead? Have physically disappeared into the sky? How much of the résumé has to fit for him to count as the Biblical Jesus?

Personally, I don't see why there shouldn't have been a person by the name of Jesus in the Nazareth around the year one. I don't see why he shouldn't have been a preacher. But I find it highly implausible that he should have been able to break physical laws. Much better documentation than we have would be needed to establish this part of his credential.

Easy does it grasshopper, You are of very little faith.

We have the documentation of many such as Spades.

You may need to disconnect yourself from logical reasoning if you expect to have any hope of understanding any of the mystical things that others experience.

Sathya Sai Baba had over a million followers at his birthday before he passed away and joined all the other angles in the sky. Yes his mother claimed him to be born of a miraculous birth and others claimed that he performed miracles.

There are many that claim to be the messiah and you have no proof that they are not just as you have no proof that Spades was not chosen by Poseidon to be a prophet or that elves can not exist.

@Thomas,
I have a neighbor named Jesus, come to think of it. In fact, any one named Joshua would qualify. Think sadly for a moment of all the nominal christians professing Jesus to be God.
