Get back where you belong, Toolbar

I did something, gods alone know what, and now my idiot toolbar runs vertically down the right side of my screen, instead of across the bottom. How do I get it back where it belongs, under everything? I'm running Windows Vista.

@MontereyJack,
See if you can left click (hold the left mouse button down) on the bar and DRAG the toolbar to the edge where you want it to be.

@tsarstepan,
That problem is the single most annoying thing I've ever happened on my computer. What you suggested works. Gawd-knows how it happened in the first place? The first time I saw that happen, it occurred to a friend of mine, whose 5-yr-old grandchild did it to their computer. They asked me to help them. I was stumped and it took me 2 days to research it (quite awhile back.)

Thanks, Tsar and Rag. That did it, back to the bottom it went. Apparently Windows considers it a taskbar, not a toolbar.

Windows considers it the taskbar.

The idiot electric company in Cambridge has had a hundred and thirty years of practice and they still don't seem to be able to keep the power on for a month straight. So the power went out this morning. Repeatedly. And when it stayed on this evening I signed back on, and there was the toolbar on the right edge again. So I reviewed your fix, and again it worked. Thanks, v2.0, tsar.
