Need help with artist ID

My sister gave me a series of 3 paintings. She has no idea who the artist is , and although the middle-sized one is signed, I can't ID the signature. Even running it through different Photoshop didn't help. I also used Google Image search and Tin Eye.

They are 3 different sizes, and the middle one is the only one with a signature.
Maybe someone else can figure it out.
