Identification needed for Illustration from 1912

I wonder if anyone knows who the artist is of an illustration from 1912? The writing accompanying the image reads: "Resolved: That you must see 'The Times' April 12, 1912". It is signed by what appears to read "Lehman 1912". I have scaled the internet for works by many of early 20th century illustrators but had no luck so far. Also, anything else you can tell me would be helpful.

I need to know how to upload an image of the artwork though...if someone can help explain.
