Hello,

I want to place the brine tank at a higher elevation (approx 18") than the resin tank. Is this OK? Are there any considerations or modifications I would need to do?

Thank you!
Larry

@LarryAZ,

Two issues are weight and ease of adding salt, if you address those you should be OK.
Also, make sure the brine line has plenty of free play

@H2O MAN,
H2O MAN,
I'm new to this forum and website. I've real a lot of your posts and have found them very helpful. Is there any way I could specifically shoot you some questions about a 14 year old RS system? I may need to replace it, but want to make sure I've done all I can to keep it going.
Thanks,
Howie
