Is it illegal in Oklahoma to write a fictional story in which someone gets injured or killed?

read an article on six laws it's likely you've broken, and it seems that a completely made-up story wherein a person gets injured or killed can get you arrested.
I'm wondering if this is true, as I have been considering writing a comic that involves a lot of violence and possibly death, though seeing as how I in fact live in Oklahoma, this might be a bit of a problem.
Is this law real? Are there any ways around it? I need help!

The law.

Keep your characters fictional. While that won't necessarily get you completely off the hook, it'll make it a lot harder for a case to be proven.

I think we have a troll, someone who doesn't like a person named Sloan.

@ossobuco,
Adds, I didn't mean the person who originated this thread with an interesting question.
