What test is this?

Hi, I am having some difficulty identifying the test. If it says:
Compare your sample mean o the state and national averages. Can we conclude that 'city's name' students score significantly higher than the state and the nation in math? Support your conclusions with appropriate statistical evidence. Include in your discussion the type of test you conducted and why, the test itself, a check of conditions for the test, and any conclusions that are pertinent.
Previously, I selected a simple random sample of 25 students from a list of scores from SAT's in the 'city' (dont want to give away my school district).Then I determined a 95% confidence interval for the mean math score of 'city' students. I compared it to the actual city's mean.
I am given the nation math mean and the state math mean. Please help and I thank you!
